These Terms of Use of the online store mirramian.art apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by LAZAREV I.T.A. SRL through the website.

Before using the site, we recommend that you read carefully the Terms and Conditions presented. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This site belongs to LAZAREV I.T.A. SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter Terms and Conditions) presented below.

The use of the website mirramian.art implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by LAZAREV I.T.A. SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between buyer and seller shall be governed by Law No. 105/2003 on the protection of consumer rights and other regulations promulgated pursuant to it.

The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to follow the changes.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By using mirramian.art, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data, which are necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.

Personal data is processed only for lawful purposes, such as the provision of the products you ordered, promotions, Google analytics, cookies and newsletters notifications.

All information containing personal data shall only be stored and used for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions set out in Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Data transmission over the Internet or wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information Buyer provides, so Buyer will do so at its own risk.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Payment for orders can be made by credit card - you will receive a tax receipt when you receive your order, which will confirm the payment.
Online payment is made with maximum security by using your payment card as a payment instrument, which allows you to make online transactions. After payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to customer authentication for secure online transactions. This security measure includes redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure maib page, where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code to each online transaction.

Refunds are only issued to the payment card that was used to make the purchase.

You will be required to enter your bank card details for payment. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. Information is encrypted and is stored only on the specialized server of the payment system.

To make the payment the following data will be requested:
Card number (16 digits)
Expiry date (month and year)
CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
Name and surname on the payment card

All payments are processed in EUR (euros), USD (dollars) or in MDL (Moldovan lei). If the transaction currency is different from the payment currency, conversion of the transaction amount is made at the card transaction rate on the date of settlement of the issuing bank.

4. PRODUCT / GOODS / SERVICES DELIVERY

After the payment of the product, the Buyer will be notified of the purchase to the specified e-mail address within 1 hour. Upon receipt of the purchase notification, the template and all accompanying documents will be available for download via a link in the mail.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN.

According to the notion of the Law no. No. 105-XV of 13.03.2013 on the protection of consumer rights, the Buyer has the right to return the goods/goods purchased for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. The funds will be returned to the card with which the purchase was made.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Act No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith on the basis of and in accordance with legal regulations. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed methods (automatic and manual) in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality and respect for the rights of data subjects.

The provider collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, mailing address.

Personal data are used solely for site administration purposes, to provide access to information, in particular for the delivery of orders or to communicate with the consumer in order to perform the delivery. Through this information, users and consumers will know that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, mailing address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers that are provided when they browse, use and register on the mirramian.art website.

Any information provided by users and consumers of the mirramian.art website will be reviewed and will constitute express consent to the Provider's use of personal data.

The Provider will not disclose any data to third parties without the consent of the data subjects, nor will it trade, exchange or disclose this data to others, with the exceptions provided for by applicable law (at the request of public authorities, legal persons, courts, courts also authorized to process personal data).

Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical purposes and further promotion.

The Service Provider shall comply with the security requirements of personal data and protect consumer data and protect it from loss, destruction, distortion/falsification or disclosure to third parties.

The provider's employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers' personal data. Processing of personal data shall be carried out by an authorized person of the Provider.

The Provider shall use security methods and technologies in accordance with applicable legislation.
Provider does not collect transaction-related information, such as no. per card, expiration date, country of origin.
